Hello! My name is Saige and I'm 25 years old. I love to go camping, hiking, and skiing. I also love animals and traveling. I'm outgoing, lively, fun, and am looking forward to new experiences. I'm from Eastern Oregon where I taught swim lessons and lifeguarded for the past five summers. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I cared for my 7 year old brother everyday after school for two years while his mom was at work. Meaning- picking him up from school, cooking for him, cleaning up after the both of us, and making sure his school work was taken care of. I‘ve also taught all levels of swim lessons to kids of all ages for the past five summers. And I previously nannied for a family with an infant and toddler in San Diego, as I lived there briefly.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy watching movies, playing games, swimming, riding bikes, and anything outdoors really. I also believe creativity is a wonderful outlet and encourage it often. Whether that be arts and crafts, using their imagination, or storytelling I’m in full support.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Over the past five summers I've taught swim lessons to young kids at my local pool. The kids ranged in ages anywhere from 2 years old to 13 years old and required a lot of patience. I absolutely loved going to work every day because the kids always seemed so happy and eager to learn, despite the often grim weather. Working with kids has always been a love of mine, as I’ve babysat and watched younger siblings almost all my life. To me, the most important part of being a nanny is understanding and patience. Not everyday will be easy, but everyday should teach you something new.
