Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playing with legos, spidermans toys, racecars ,baby dolls , having movie days. I also love being outside and keeping children active , cartwheels and sunshine are a need . Along with letting them participate in making interactive toys and baking cakes etc. I want your child to have fun while also learning little things. With infants I enjoy tummy time and laughing and playing.

The most important part about being a nanny...

LOVE, PATIENTS AND A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN EACH CHILD FOR WHO THEY ARE NOT WHAT U WANT THEM TO BE BECAUSE EACH CHILD IS DIFFERENT. ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO BE A SAFE PALCE FOR THEM WHEN PARENTS ARE NOT THERE BECAUSE A UNCOMFORTABLE CHILD IS FUSSY AND MAY BE HARD TO DEAL WITH BUT LETTING THEM WARM UP AND SHOWING THEM YOU UNDERSTAND AND ARE WILLING TO LISTEN IS IMPORANT.

My experience with special needs children...

I have with children who have down syndrome but that is as far as my experience goes as far as special needs. I do prefer tp call it up syndrome and remind them everyday they are loved and perfect as they are.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have to favorite moments the first is when my baby boy said my name so clearly and then walked to me that was amazing and right after that he put strawberry jelly all in his hair and I couldn't do anything but laugh lol. And also watching all of them grow up up the days are long but the years are short. One of my first kids will be 7 this year and she tells me about school and how she loves it and she feels pretty in her clothes asks me , " is she cute?" I love seeing them learn to walk and talk and move through the world happily and innocently. And I know I played a role in loving them and helping them to get to be the amazing kids they are.
