More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Most recently, I worked as an aide for a highly accredited local preschool. Although I enjoyed teaching, the large class sizes and extremely scheduled days left me longing for something more personal and less structured.
When young, I grew up babysitting many of our neighbor’s children. During college, I started a residential housekeeping business, and through developing wonderfully close relationships with my clients, I often would be asked to babysit their children and housesit their homes while they traveled.
As mentioned before, I raised two of my own children, and now look forward to spending time with my young granddaughter! Book reading and visiting library story hours, baking, crafts and playing outside are our favorite activities together.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Although this would be my first nanny experience, just knowing my presence would provide peace of mind to the parents, and safe and fun days for children would make this position rewarding!
