I feel that it is very important to be a good example for kids to look up to and learn from. I was raised in a very loving home, and I hope to bring that love into the lives of other kids.
My experience with special needs children...
When I was in the 8th grade, I worked in the life skills classroom for about 5 months. There were several kids without the ability to talk and could hardly function. I was only able to handle it because of the amount of people helping take care of them. It's not something I would enjoy doing on my own.

So I'm not actually a Nanny yet, however I have had my fair share of amazing moments. My favorite thing is listening to the crazy stories that kids come up with. Its fun to see how entertained kids can be with their imagination. I also love seeing their own version of arts and crafts. I often have kids complain that it looks bad and I always tell them how much I love their own touch to their art work. My nieces have been very into art their whole lives and as I've grown older I have started to appreciate it more and more.
