I think the most important part about being a nanny is the consistency of being there for the child and family more on that one on one basis so you could get to learn how a child interacts through more aspects of their day and how to help guide them with ways that are going to best work with their abilities

I have had experience with children with special needs ranging from children that have food sensitivity we’re constantly trying new ways to engage the child to want to eat to having children that are mute and using sign language pictures and other techniques to still create that connection in communication with the child.
