My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children with autism and sensory processing disorder. I had cared for my family friend of 5 years son from the age of 1-6 who had high functioning autism and sensory processesing disorder. I have also cared for my best friends son since he was born (he is 3 now) who was born with spina bifida and clef feet. Watching him grown and finally being able to walk with his braces was a beautiful experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
