The most important part about being a nanny...
Being very attentive and being able to multitask, being very gentle knowing how to talk and problem solve with young kids. Asking parents questions you would need to know and making sure the kids you’re nannying are comfortable as well as their parents.
My experience with special needs children...
At dance we had a dance called Darby’s and we had our partners and they all had special needs, my partner had Down Syndrome and we had the best time together. My younger cousin also has Down Syndrome and she’s a ball of sunshine, I love working with kids that have Special needs!
