A little bit about me

My name is Samantha. I've had about a total of 6 years of experience in dealing with children. I worked in a nursery for years and I absolutely enjoyed it. I love playing games with kids and not just leaving them in front of a screen somewhere. I can cook, clean and do any other jobs that come with caring for children. I don't mind diapers and the messes that come with kids. The youngest I've had to babysit has been 1 month and the oldest has been 17. I have also worked with quite a few twins ranging from 9 months to 6 years. I was a nanny to two year old twins and a 6 year old and was a weekend nanny to a 7 month old. I'm extremely comfortable with all ages of kids. I am CPR and advanced first aid qualified. I am also a student and am studying child development. Also, taking care of so many kids has given me different snack/meal plans when it comes to children with allergies. I love to be outdoors and have scheduled a lot of children's day camps before. I also worked as a teacher's assistant in a special education class and I loved it. I have a certificate in Autism spectrum disorder and am qualified to watch and work with kids with ASD. I think kids are an absolute blast and I love being around them! I was also raised around a lot of animals, so I'm definitely pet friendly! I also am willing to negotiate prices for whatever is comfortable for the family. I'm always about making it easier for the family.
