I once had a client who was non verbal, could not walk completely without help, needed daily changing 2-3 times a day, and took medication for seizures and other health problems. The client also could not eat on their own and had blurry vision. The client was not a child, but however needed help as a baby would. Unfortunately they were involved in bad car accident as a child and it really took a toll of them.
