"I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Sam as an exceptional caregiver! Sam has been an incredible presence in my children’s lives, consistently demonstrating warmth, kindness, LOTS of patience, and genuine care for their well-being.
Sam is always greeting my children with her kind smile, supporting their growth, and engaging them in thoughtful, age-appropriate activities. As a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are in the hands of someone who treats them with such compassion.
Sam is reliable, communicative, and attentive to each child’s unique needs and personalities. I am deeply grateful for the care my children have received from Sam and would confidently recommend her to any family or organization seeking a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring individual."

"I wholeheartedly recommend Samantha as a nanny. . My kids absolutely adore her and love when she comes to babysit. She was also my younger child’s teacher in school, so we saw first hand the love, attention, and support she gives to kids each day. My child thrived in her class and came home learning new skills and feeling loved, safe, and secure. Samantha puts her kids first and values communication, safety, learning, and fun. When my kids are with Samantha, I know they are safe and having fun. I know that she’ll be a part of my kids’ lives forever."

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the most important parts of being a nanny is building a safe, trusting, and consistent relationship with the children and their family. Everything else stems from that. When children feel secure with you, they’re able to explore, learn, grow, and reach their milestones with confidence. And when parents trust you, communication stays open, expectations stay clear, and you become a true partner in their child’s development. Alongside that, being a nanny also means providing reliable, attentive care and creating a nurturing environment where they feel loved and understood. But at the core, it’s the strong, healthy connection you build that makes the biggest difference!
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for infants with a variety of unique needs. I’ve worked with babies who required helmets and was responsible for supporting them through their recommended exercises. I’ve also cared for an infant with a lip tie, who frequently lost a significant amount of milk during feeds, requiring extra patience and attention. During my time in a childcare center, I cared for a baby who was connected to a heart monitor at all times and had a cleft lip. Her feedings required careful instruction and consistent monitoring to ensure her safety and comfort.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I truly love watching children reach their milestones. From rolling over and crawling to taking those exciting first steps and learning new words. It’s always such a joy to be part of those moments. I experienced this often while nannying for three children — infant twins and their almost-four-year-old sibling. The oldest used to call me “Aphna” instead of Samantha, and it always made me laugh. It was one of those sweet, memorable parts of working with little ones that I will always remember!

Babysitter Available in House Springs, MO: Mia S.
Hi - My name is Mia and I am currently expecting my first baby! I provide childcare, and general household help. I’m flexible and happy to adjust to what each family needs!
Child Care
I’ve worked with children of all ages, but most of my experience is with little ones—newborns through about age 5. I’m very comfortable with routines like feeding, diapering, naps, and early learning activities. I’m big on keeping kids engaged without just relying on screens. I can also help with things like basic tutoring, homework, cooking simple meals, and keeping things tidy throughout the day.
Household Services
I have experience helping out around the house and keeping things running smoothly. I can assist with cleaning, laundry, organizing, and running small errands if needed.
Overall, I’m here to make your life a little easier while making sure your kids (and pups!) are happy, safe, and well cared for. I’d love to connect and see if I’m a good fit for your family! 💛
