I babysat 4 special needs kids for 1 year and learned so much from them. I love helping them with things and learn new things. And I love making them happy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One time there was this kid that no matter what would cry and throw a tantrum so one day I decided that I was going to do something with just that kiddo and because that day was the best day he had since I was watching him. He helped me learn that each kid needs a certain amount of individual attention to be able to be comfortable with the person that is watching them.
