As a live-in nanny, there are so many moments that I just can't keep track. I love small moments: witnessing vocabulary development, hearing conversations between siblings, witnessing the carelessness children carry themselves with, when my nanny kids sing and/or dance, when they accomplish something they've been working towards (making the swim team, passing a test, etc.).
