I’ve also worked as a full-time nanny for a newborn through his first year and for a 2-year-old through age 3. Additionally, I served as a nanny for the director of Camp Ozark, caring for multiple children in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

I love planning a mix of indoor and outdoor activities based on each child’s interests and developmental stage. Some of my favorites include sensory play, crafts, storytime, music and movement, outdoor walks, nature scavenger hunts, playground time, and imaginative play. I also enjoy helping kids learn through themed activities and hands-on exploration.

The most important part of being a nanny is building a safe, loving, and trusting relationship with both the child and the family. I believe in showing up with consistency, warmth, and intention — helping children feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves while also being a reliable partner to parents.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was taking the baby I cared for to the aquarium for the first time when he was about 10 months old. Watching his face light up at the movement and colors of the fish was pure magic — it was such a joy to experience the world through his eyes and be part of a special “first.”
