The most important part about being a nanny...
Making every single kid feel safe and make them feel welcomed no matter where we are at or who they are with. Making every kid believe in there self no matter what they do, and to help them try there hardest even going through there tuffest battles whether it’s homework or trying to get a dance down. letting every kid know it’s okay to cry, eat, sleep, try there best and even apologize when needed. :)
