Giving the children my undivided attention, and promptly answering texts or calls from their mother and father. Fixing healthy meals/snacks for them, and teaching the children organization. Conversation with the children should be about educational activities such as learning about the different types of animals in the area, the alphabet, numeric system, cartoons they enjoy watching, anything related to their learning capacity. These are things I would expect of someone I would hire to watch my own children.
