Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
my older sister had my first nephew when i was 7. obviously then i couldn’t play a crucial role in caring for him because i was also still a child, but we spent lots of time together. my second nephew was born when i was 10. my niece, however, was born when i was 17 and she is my baby!!! i’ve babysat/picked her up for daycare/taken her just for fun day since she was a tiny baby. she’s 4 now and sassy as ever. i also nannied for a 7 year old girl when i graduated highschool. i watched her monday-friday. i took her swimming, thought of games with her, read books, and her favorite game to play was “teacher”:)
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
i love to paint and color!! i also was a big reader when i was young. i haven’t read as much since getting busier but still have a love for it. if weather permits, i love walks / bikerides as well!! swimming also, during the summer of course:)
