Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love teaching kids things like words, colors, etc by way of play or singing with them, I enjoy taking kids to different fun local spots like parks, children’s play places, learning centers, etc. Both of my children were early talkers and readers which I attribute to me working with them so much through fun learning engagement and play. I am a huge proponent of not using technology to teach or distract kids, so I think that was a huge help and I would implement the same approach with your kiddos!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny (for me as a parent myself) would be ensuring I would be someone the family could trust. Being able to trust keeping their children safe, trust being their home with their pets, belongings, etc , but also to trust in me to showing up and being a reliable person they can count on. So all in all, trustworthy across the board is the most valuable asset.
