A little bit about me

While I have no actual nanny experience, if that's a fancy word for babysitter I have been a "nanny" in some capacity for most of my life. I started at the age of 9. I have been a camp counselor, classroom aide, and have taught skiing for the past 8 years - mainly to children. I love children, and would have had a handful more, but my body was not cooperative. With my one and only being away (he attends Michigan Lutheran Seminary in Saginaw, MI), I find I miss the noise and fun of kids..... I miss kids in my life! I understand what it's like to be a parent, and to have to be away from them for work, and the trust it involves to do that.

I am available for those hard to fill with conventional child care hours: 6 pm - 6 am.
I excel in math tutoring. I took music theory for 16 years, and play several different instruments, so can assist with practice, if needed. I have coached many a team, and can assist with that, as well as driving to practices, rehearsals, etc.
