I have worked as a nanny for several families with children ranging from newborn to school age. Most of my experience is with newborns through 4 years old. I have also worked in child care centers where I primarily worked with newborns.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love crafting with kids. I especially enjoy sensory crafts such as finger painting, rice box painting, stamping, etc... I also love to cut and paste. Making holiday crafts and greeting cards is extra fun. I'm a big fan of the outdoors and love bugs and animals. Hikes and outdoor exploration is a blast. There's so much you can learn about in your own backyard.

Most of my experience with special needs is with children on the autism spectrum. I've worked with kids who are moderate to high functioning. I'm comfortable with daily needs as well as homework help and play.
