What matters the most about being a nanny/babysitter is trying and giving it your all for the satisfaction of everyone around you. The parents and of course children must love spending time with you! Instead of thinking of it as a job, a nanny/babysitter should think of it as an enjoyable experience, hanging out with their friends, and having fun!

My favorite moment while babysitting was when Evan (the child I was babysitting at the time) gave me a card he had wrote for me the very last day I had babysat him. This card makes me emotional every time I read it and I love it with all of my heart.
