I have been an early childhood educator for the past 6 years mainly in private childcare settings. I have been an infant, toddler, and preschool teacher, I have worked in an after school program with elementary age children and I was a developmental specialist at an early intervention program.

I all kinds of activities, especially arts and crafts and dramatic play. I also understand the importance of staying physically active and love to play outside in nature based settings as well!

For me, I believe heavily on the importance of making sure all children feel heard and understood by the adults in their lives. In previous jobs I always strive for every student to find comfortability in their classroom because I believe it is vital for them to get the most out of each learning experience.
