Hi! I'm Sarah, it's nice to meet you! My education: I recently graduated from college with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy. Currently I am a graduate student pursuing a Master's in Professional Counseling. I have taken classes on development and childhood as part of my course work.
My experience with children: I have babysat mostly school-age children in the past (5-13), but I have some experience with toddlers as well. I am able to help with homework and love making learning fun.
A bit about me: I am the oldest of 7 kids, so growing up I often took on caretaking roles around the house. I loved tutoring my younger siblings, cooking dinner for my family, and generally "babysitting" them when my parents weren't home. My oldest brother is on the autism spectrum and has a variety of special needs, which has given me some first hand experience with what taking care of a special needs individual can look like.
