A little bit about me

As a teenager, I loved to help in the church nursery any chance I got. During my senior year in high school I began my first nanny job with a girl (11 months old) in Pensacola, FL. I took advantage of many childcare opportunities in college. Shortly after graduating college in 2014, I became a children's Day Camp counselor in Canoga Park, CA. There I gained experience working with elementary age children of all backgrounds and personality types.
After moving to San Diego, CA, I became a nanny for 4 children whose ages ranged from 6-12 years old. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I currently work in claims at GEICO and am looking to shift my career while I pursue a Bachelor's degree in Social Work online. I am very experienced in communicating with children and believe that every child should be treated with love and respect. My caregiving experiences ranges from infants to adolescents.
