Outdoor play time is very important if the weather permits! Other fun activities I think are great include dance parties, imaginitive play, practicing organizing/counting/recognition (educational activities), singing, arts&crafts, reading books, learning Spanish, cooking well rounded meals, & much more!

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for 1 child on the spectrum from 3-5 yrs old, who was not able to use the bathroom alone or dress himself. I would run around with him, take him & his sister out to parks or malls & make sure he had time and space to get his energy out while maintaining his health as well.
