Is making sure the children are happy. I base activities around what their parents interest are, so I make sure to have any activity approved before I plan it. This goes for the foods that we share. I personally eat Whole Foods at home because I grow my own garden so meal plans will also need to be pre approved by parents before I plan and prep them.

Was when I was a live in nanny, we would go on long walks with her pets and feed the animals on the property. Feeding time was my favorite because they owned a pig who we called miss piggy. She was big and smelled like maple syrup.
