The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of nannying to me is creating a safe, nurturing, and trusting environment where children feel seen, supported, and valued. I believe it’s essential to build strong relationships with both the children and their families, so kids feel comfortable being themselves and confident as they grow. I focus on patience, consistency, and understanding each child’s unique needs while encouraging independence, learning, and emotional development. Knowing that I can positively impact a child’s day to day life and be someone they feel secure with is what makes nannying so meaningful to me.

I have hands-on experience working with children with special needs, including children with physical disabilities who needed help getting around, as well as children with autism and behavioral challenges. I approach each child with patience, understanding, and compassion, and I enjoy creating a supportive and safe environment where they can feel comfortable and confident.
