I think the most important part about being a nanny and just taking care of kids in general is being compassionate and passionate. I think so often people get frustrated with children and can be rude or mean but I think it’s important to treat all kids with as much respect and love as you’d want to be treated with.

My favorite nanny moment was when I was babysitting my neighbors children and we all had a swim day in their pool. It was so much fun watching them play Marco Polo and do cannon balls, and we all laughed and played so much and I felt like they were my little siblings.
