Considering a live-in nanny due to pandemic. Home is under strict quarantine, and Nanny would be expected to be extremely cautious with extra curricular activities. Therefore, trustworthiness, or overall integrity, will be extremely important.
Both parents work from home. Nanny services are expected predominantly during work hours when parents are in meetings or cannot otherwise attend to baby. Occasional evening sitting. Most care will involve putting baby to sleep, developmental play and general care, as baby will continue to be breastfed. We also have a senior small dog, but her care won't be a primary responsibility for our nanny.
Nanny's living space includes bedroom with shared bathroom, a shared second living space, external access, and kitchenette in basement of home. Full kitchen and other living spaces available upstairs and shared with 3 other adults.
