I love keeping kids active, creative, and engaged! Some activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts, baking, outdoor games, sports, dancing, cheerleading, tumbling, yoga, reading, and fun learning activities. I also enjoy coming up with creative games and activities that fit each child’s age and interests!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is making children feel safe, loved, and comfortable being themselves. It’s about building trust, being someone they can count on, and creating memories along the way. I want every child I care for to feel heard, included, and excited to spend time together, while giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in good hands.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for and working with children of different abilities and needs. I work at the Life Time Kids Center, where I regularly work with children on the autism spectrum and accommodate their individual needs. I also help care for my younger brother, who has Type 1 diabetes, and assist with his daily care and medical needs. Additionally, I was captain of my cheer team at Green Valley High School, where I helped a teammate with Down syndrome learn cheer skills, including cheers, chants, jumps, and tumbling. These experiences have taught me patience, understanding, and the importance of making every child feel safe, included, and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was picking up a little girl I babysit from school and seeing how excited she was to see me. We went on a walk together, and on our way back, she got so comfortable and sleepy that she ended up falling asleep in her stroller. It’s the little moments like these that remind me how special it is to build connections with the children I care for and become someone they look forward to seeing.
