Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I also babysat infants and toddlers semi-regularly since I was a about 10 year old, so although that's not in my nanny experience, I am more than capable to care for young children and babies.
In my nanny experience I managed household chores such as laundry, tidying up bedrooms, taking out trash, walked and took care of their dog. Also had the children help with chores appropriate for their age.
Prepared and served nutritionally balanced lunch and snacks for children according to dietary restrictions or preferences set forth by the family.
Supported and drove them to extra-curricular activities such as music lessons, scouts, sports practices, and personally taught them violin lessons.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
At my past jobs I would walk the children to the park, took them sledding, maximized time spent outdoors, drove them to the mall, movies, zoo, museum, beach, birthday parties, playdates, etc.
I played with the children and provided fun activities for us to do at home, and encouraged intellectual growth through reading stories, playing educational games, doing arts and crafts, and teaching basic concepts
