I nannied a newborn baby with sleeping and eating disorder who was struggling from withdraw up until her recovery from withdraw, I also have several experiences of babysitting a few children with autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When my baby girl that I was nannying who was struggling with withdraw and couldn’t eat on her own finally got her tube taken out of her nose and was able to eat out of a bottle, it was the greatest moment for me and brought tears to my eyes to see her recover so quickly.
