The most important thing is for kids to feel safe and comfortable with their nanny. If I were a parent, I’d want to make sure my children were in good hands, so that’s something I take seriously. I always strive to create a safe and comforting environment for the kids I babysit. Patience is also key when it comes to working with children, so I make sure to practice plenty of it!
