My house was like a daycare itself, my house was the drop off house for all the kiddos they loved coming over and I would always treat it like school and have little lesson plans for them to do and take home with them. I also work the preschool in kenton boces working in early childhood education.

I enjoy doing both indoor and outdoor activities depending on the weather. Outdoor activities may include the park or the zoo, aquarium, swimming, or a splash pad or just a nature walk and some I spy on the way.

The most important thing about being a nanny is safety first and then being a fun responsible person to care for the children and be able to take on the responsibilities of their parents while they’re at work or away at that moment in time. Getting them ready for bed and getting there school work done, feeding them there meals breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks in between. Also honoring the parents rules and regulations set by them.
