The most important part about being a nanny...
I baby sat a kid for the two weeks between the end of summer camp and the beggining of school. We had so much fun together and once he went back to school, his first assignment was to write his favorite thing he did over the summer. His mom reached out to me with his paper that included an adorable drawing of him and I together and further explained that "hanging out with Shannon at my house was the best part of my summer" We laughed because he has also been to camp and a gorgeous vacation with his family, so I loved that I was the most memorable for him and stood up against summer camp AND a vacation!
