More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked at two day cares before one in Southington and another in Cheshire both for two years each. I was a lead teacher at both these locations we watched children from the age of six months to five years. I have also done volunteer work with children with disabilitiesand have done private babysitting with children from all ages for about two years and I’ve worked with over five families.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I try to set up a plan for each day so that we keep busy whether that’s coloring reading playing a board game going outside swimming running playing tag. It’s important for me to get to know the child and learn what they like to do so I can come up with ideas and activities that keep them engaged.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My goal is making sure each family feels like there needs are being met that there’s good communication. I want the parents as well as a child to feel comfortable and make sure that there’s always a safe healthy environment. I know it may be hard to have someone New watch your kids but I wanna make sure everybody feels comfortable and they can rely on me to be a part of their family, and trust that I will take care of their children and do what’s expected of me.

I have cared For children who have disabilities before some children had autism and some children had down syndrome there was a range of different disabilities but I am comfortable with that
