The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is you are responsible for someone’s entire world. I believe that is the most important job in the world. As a mom, I understand how hard it is to trust someone else with your world. As a nanny you not only look after these children, but you become an integral part of their family and helping raise them.
My experience with special needs children...
A.past nanny girl (3) was diagnosed with a condition where she is missing part of a chromosome. Some things he has struggled with is low muscle tone, delayed speech, passing out spells, and more. She has been in multiple therapies since 9 monthes old so I am very familiar with early intervention.

I don’t think I can pin point one moment. I love that I become a huge part of these babies lives and they mine. That first time a child grasps what you teach them; the first snuggle; the first I love you all mean so much.
