Aside from my love of children and raising 2, (8 year old son and 20 year old bonus daughter) myself, I have also worked as an assistant in a phenomenal preschool, as well as grades K-2nd. I truly believe engaging children, encouraging a love of nature, animals, music & art and writing & reading at a young age is a wonderful foundation. I love “just” talking to children, hearing their ideas, guiding them towards the answer and/or how to instead of telling them what to do or managing them. I learned early, if you teach a child to learn to play and play to learn, they enjoy it and flourish.
