We're looking for a caring individual to spend every Saturday and Sunday with our six month old daughter starting January 4th.

Our ideal nanny is energetic, loving and artistic. You have integrity and genuinely care about helping a child grow. Interacting with young children is your jam, and you find yourself proactively planning for their ever changing needs. You're reliable to a fault.

Tattoos, piercings, and a generally alternative look/lifestyle are welcome here (, but of course not required). We aren't in need of a particularly buttoned up type. Just someone who cares for our little one like she's their own.

My partner and I both work in hospitality management. Him in Santa Rosa, me in West Marin. We looking forward to hiring longterm help who can become a part of the family.

An exhaustive list of responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process. Basic responsibilities include:
- Creating an engaging environment.
- Bathing and dressing.
- Changing diapers, and potty training in future.
- Preparing meals with healthy, whole foods.
- Arranging playdates.
- Daily outings, weather permitting.
- Laundry
Higher compensation will be offered to someone who is interested in taking on light housework, meal prep, and household management.

- Valid driver's license without history of DUIs, repeat tickets, or other serious infractions. We will make one of our cars available to you for outings and errands.
- Current infant/child CPR and first aid certifications.
- Comfortable caring for an ill child.
- Fluent in English.

Hours: 10:30am-5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Additional hours will be made available to you on an as needed basis, usually occurring on Tuesdays and evenings. We're happy to find alternate care for the less consistent hours.

Pay: $15-20/hr.
Exact rate determined by experience and responsibilities.
