I’ve worked with children who have physical, mental and emotional needs . What I’ve learned is that each special needs child is as different as the regular children. I don’t think of them as disabled, but different-abled. It is our responsibility to learn how they learn and help then to develop as much as they can.

My favorite moment with any child is observing when they “learn” something. Their eyes light up with their own amazement and sense of accomplishment when they learn something new!
