When dealing with conflict and uncomfortable situations I stay calm and address this situation with solid communication and understanding. As of right now I am in
competitive cheer season, but I still have wiggle room that I am more than
happy to discuss. My season ends around February, where my schedule will be far more open. In general I feel committed and dedicated to starting a job!
