A little bit about me

Hello families! My name is Shelby, and I’m a responsible, experienced caregiver with a passion for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. As a college student studying Business Administration, Management at UWF, I bring both educational enrichment and hands-on childcare experience to every role. I grew up in Minnesota where my mother had an at home childcare business, taking 12 kids at a time for 17 years until retirement. I loved helping my mother with curriculums, meal and snack prep, outdoor adventures and everything in between! My experience starts at age 11 where was asked to nanny twin boys for 20 hours a week. Since then, I have worked with over 20 families as a babysitter/ part time nanny. Helping kids learn and grow, I have experience working with children of all ages and needs.
