A little bit about me

Hello,
My name is Shelby I love working with children. I am CPR, First aid, and RBT certified. My goal as a nanny is to help children grow to be the best they can be. I want to nurture their hobby’s and do my absolute best to make their days filled with fun, laughter, and learning opportunities. I began volunteering as a daycare aid at 15 where I planned activities, such as art time, outdoor games, and pretend play. I also prepared lunches and supervised nap time. I then worked at a bakery throughout high school. When I graduated I got into the wonderful career of ABA therapy where I worked as a registered behavioral technician with special needs children. I learned so much about the importance of patience, kindness, and how the effort, time, and love that you put into a child’s routine can truly change your and their life. I have worked in childcare for nearly 8 years and it is my passion. I look forward to becoming a wonderful part of your child’s routine.
