My name is Sheldan Nanea Berman, and I am 22 years old.
I have been a nanny for 4 beautiful children on the island of Hawaii for a total of 3 years. I've guided, cared for, and continued to watch them grow! Two children I have cared for since they were 3 months old all the way until they became toddlers. I am CPR certified as well as FIRST AID. I am a very loving care taker. I can play music, help with home work, prepare meals, and assist in house chores such as keeping the kitchen tidy, laundry room in order, and bed rooms presentable. I've done some college after high school, I am an aspiring RN hoping to complete college in the next 3 years. I am very prompt, accountable, honest, and prepared for any situation. The most important thing about being a nanny is your awareness. Eyes & Ears must be on at all times. Keeping children safe, properly cared for in a loving environment! Always making sure that children needs are properly tended to.

I have worked as a DIRECT SERVICE WORKER for the state of Hawaii under the direction of the ARK OF KONA located in Kealakekua, Hawaii! I have experience with Autism, Down Syndrome, Disabled ( Hearing/Deaf, Blind, Handicapped, ect.)

The most important part about being a nanny...

When a I am able to teach the child/infant something new, or they teach me something new! Growth is my favorite part of being a nanny. Consistently watching them learn and grow is always such a beautiful moment to embrace. Knowing that I have helped make a difference in their child hood growth is such a rewarding feeling.
