After earning my bachelor's degree and before having children of my own, I worked as a preschool teacher. I then stayed at home with my children and provided childcare for my sister while she worked. I have been President of the Board for a children's home in Recife, Brazil since 2012. I have extensive experience in the last two years as a nanny.
