"We had the pleasure of having Sheridan care for our child three days a week (24 hours/week) from 8 months through 18 months of age and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
Sheridan was genuinely invested in our child's growth. She came prepared with age-appropriate games, and activities, and was attentive to progressing through key milestones in feeding and early language development. We always felt our child was not just well cared for, but truly engaged and supported.
What set Sheridan apart as a communicator was her ability to be both transparent and respectful. She shared observations and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever overstepping — she gave us guidance when helpful, but always left decisions to us as parents.
Sheridan was punctual and reliable without exception. We parted ways only because we secured a full-time daycare spot — it was entirely a logistical decision, and we were genuinely sad to see her go."

Reaching those milestones, a first smile or giggle, or word, teaching them things that they begin to mimic and enjoy on demand or just by themselves! Also letting them lead the way as toddlers per se.
