I had the opportunity to work with a two-year-old who was considered "difficult" but just needed a little extra patience. As I was communicating with his mother (she also worked in childcare) she told me that she was about to lose her job before I started watching her son and that my influence helped her sons behavioral issues and she got to keep her job.
