Being a nanny is all about learning to care for individual children's needs. As well as household needs. I think it’s incredibly crucial to learn to integrate yourself into the family in an appropriate way, so the kids feel as comfortable as possible.

I have worked with multiple children with special needs, both as a nanny and as an employee at camps. My little sibling is on the spectrum as well. I have plenty of experience with children with special needs.

I used to nanny this amazing little girl who was a fabulous artist. She would draw me pictures and then insist I take them home, put them on my wall, and then brought back a picture of them proudly displayed.
