The most important part about being a nanny...
Last summer I nannied a little 2 1/2 year old boy who I would typically see 5 days a week. One day I was handing him off to his parents, since it was my time to go home, and he started crying and reaching for me. Although it is sad to see a child cry, it was so meaningful and precious knowing I made an impact on his young life and that he was going to miss me even though I was going to see him the next day!
