The most important part about being a nanny...

My best nanny moment happened when I was young, watching my little brother while he was crying. At first, I wasn’t sure what to do, but I remembered seeing my mom make him a bottle. I did the same and fed him while we watched the movie Piranhas. It made me feel really good to comfort him, even though I didn’t fully understand the situation at the time. Looking back, I didn’t realize then that moment was training me for all the special moments I get to share with children now.
