The most important thing about being a nanny is trust and awareness. It’s a big deal to trust a person to care for your children. I would never take that lightly and I would care for your children the same way I would care for my own (if I had any!)
The most important part about being a nanny...
The family I most recently nannied for had three kids who I was with for 3.5 years. I was with the youngest since he was six months old. Some of my favorite memories are of him learning to walk and talk and I got to be there through it with him. It’s so special when the kids I care for hug me and tell me they love me and that I’m a part of their family.
